Tobacco Policy
Pardee is proud to be recognized as one of the first hospitals in North Carolina to become a tobacco-free campus.
To minimize the risk of fire and promote good health, it is Pardee;s policy to have an environment free of tobacco use. The policy applies to all patients, visitors, team members and anyone else at one of Pardee's facilities.
There are no designated smoking areas on campus. The following is prohibited at all Pardee-owned and leased facilities, including the hospital, physician offices, clinics and wellness centers:
- Smoking
- The use of any other kind of tobacco product
- The use of e-cigarettes
- Sale of tobacco products
