Post-Surgical Care

If you have surgery at Pardee, our physical therapists will work with you to ensure you can safely transition from the hospital to your home.

Our physical therapy team works closely with Orthopedic Services to provide pre-habilitation programs and post-operative rehabilitation programs. Our therapists also work directly with our Spine and Pain Centers.


Occupational Therapy

Our occupational therapy services help you live as independently as possible. Our occupational therapists are here to help you if you need assistance in learning or re-learning daily skills after an injury, illness or psychological issue.

Are You a Candidate for Occupational Therapy?

Occupational therapy is often used to treat people who have:

  • Sudden serious health conditions such as a stroke, heart attack, brain injury, or amputation
  • Chronic (ongoing) conditions, such as arthritis, multiple sclerosis or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD)
  • Neurological or ongoing physiological issues such as Alzheimer's, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS or Lou Gehrig's disease) and multiple sclerosis (MS)
  • A work-related injury
