Aquatic Therapy at Pardee
Pardee Physical Therapy offers aquatic therapy as part of its physical rehabilitation offerings.
Aquatic therapy, or pool therapy, includes gentle, low-impact exercises performed in the pool with a therapist. Aquatic therapy is useful for a wide variety of conditions, such as:
- Muscle weakness
- Orthopedic injuries of foot, ankle, knee, hip, spine and shoulder
- Chronic back pain and lumbar stabilization
- Arthritis management
- Joint pain
- Brain injury
- Limitations in range of motion
- Fractures

Aquatic Therapy Locations
Pardee Physical Therapy has aquatic facilities in Hendersonville and Mission Pardee Health Campus in Arden. All therapy sessions are one-on-one so you can closely interact with your therapist.
Both sites include a Motion Rehab pool. The water temperature is about 90-92 degrees and have Swim-ex capabilities, swim jets, underwater video cameras, and hydromassage jets. The Arden pool features a 450-pound capacity lift for people who have difficulty with steps. The Hendersonville pool features an underwater treadmill and a 350-pound capacity lift for people who have difficulty with steps.
Both facilities have locker rooms with showers on site.
