Pardee UNC Health Care announced today that Charles Maker, M.D., a board-certified internal medicine physician has joined Pardee Medical Associates, located at 643 Fifth Avenue West, in Hendersonville.

Pardee UNC Health Care will begin construction on an additional ramp for emergency services vehicles to utilize for entering the Emergency Department (ED). The addition of this ramp will create a space that will be strictly used for emergency service vehicles, while the existing ramp will be used for public access to the ED. Construction will begin Monday, Aug. 31 and is projected to last through the end of the year.
