UNC Health Pardee Expanding OB/GYN Services with the Addition of Practice and Providers
UNC Health Pardee is expanding its OB/GYN network with the opening of a second location in Hendersonville and the addition of two new physicians. Chadwick Leo, DO, MBS, joins Pardee as the Medical Director of Obstetrics and Gynecology and will be seeing patients at the existing Pardee OB/GYN Associates location at 512 6th Ave. West. Sushma Reddy, MD will see patients at the new practice, Pardee OB/GYN Associates - 617 6th Ave. West, a Department of Margaret R. Pardee Memorial Hospital. This expansion underscores Pardee’s commitment to offering comprehensive, patient-centered care to the community.
A board-certified obstetrics and gynecological physician, Dr. Leo focuses on minimally invasive surgery and robotic surgery. Fluent in Spanish, he emphasizes patient-centric care and working collaboratively to address the patient’s needs. “I want my patients to know that I am here to help them, in whatever way that looks like,” Dr. Leo said. “I strive to partner with my patients to meet their needs, whether it’s a surgical intervention, decision making, or a discussion, I want them to know I am a trusted resource.” He has a special interest in treating infertility, polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), endometriosis, menopause and hormone replacement, prenatal care, and high-risk prenatal care. “I love making connections with my patients and meeting them throughout different stages, from helping them start a family, to caring for them through menopause, it’s an honor to be a part of their journey.” Dr. Leo enjoys traveling, visiting national parks, hiking, and scuba diving when not treating patients.
Dr. Sushma Reddy, a board-certified obstetrics and gynecology physician, believes in the importance of listening to her patients and providing them with the tools they need to advocate for their health. “I love talking to and learning about my patients so I can empower them through education about their health and their options for management of any issues,” Dr. Reddy said. When not treating patients, she enjoys running, baking, traveling, and spending time with her family.
