Melissa Garland, CSR has been named Pardee's Team Member of the Month.

As a member of the Pardee Urgent Care Fletcher team, her teammates say "Melissa treats everyone with respect (patients and co-workers). She goes out of her way to make sure our patients are well cared for and comfortable. She also goes out of her way to help her co-workers be the most successful they can be. She offers patients water and keeps them notified of their wait times to help with patient satisfaction."
