Fee for an assessment is $45. The two-day course meets in the afternoon for 3 ½ hours at the Pardee Health Education Center (map). For information or to schedule, call (828) 698-6774. |
Afterwards, our therapists will recommend a fitness program that's just right for you.
This comprehensive computerized screening measures:
- weight
- strength
- heart rate
- blood pressure
- flexibility
- aerobic endurance
- percentage of body fat
