This class mixes the best of yoga, pilates and ballet inspired movements. It is designed as a low impact aerobics class with light interval training, isometric movements, dance conditioning, balance and coordination and light weight training. Expect a fat burning, fun, total body workout that tones your buns, thighs, abs and arms. You choose how hard you want the class to be. For all levels, no experience needed in yoga, pilates or ballet.
